Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of the product type, we do not offer change of mind returns so please choose carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer you a refund, exchange, or replacement within a reasonable timeframe as required by Australian Consumer Law, provided that:

We may require photographic evidence of the damage or fault to assess the return request. If a return is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
